Tamaki:

Has had his children's names planned out before he was married.
Finds out he's going to be a dad? He's so excited he can't hold still. - He can't keep a secret either, so all his friends will know within five minutes of him finding out.
Tamaki was an only child and always loved the idea of siblings, so he'll have at least 3 kids.
He'll have all girls. Which to him is both a curse and a blessing.
He never raises his voice at them. And always kneels to their eye level to make sure he devotes every ounce of his attention to them when they ask for it.
He's a very protective. And probably ran himself absolutely mad during his children's toddler years. (He baby proofed the entire house every single)
(And probably Kyoya's house too).
Insists that his children call Kyoya, Uncle-Kyo.
Gets emotional during all their firsts. - Cries big tears when they learn to walk + and their first day of school + when they start dating.
If they cry he cries.
He's always crying.
Spoils them absolutely rotten. And is a total pushover. If they ask mom and mom says no, they ask Tamaki and gives them whatever they want, no questions asked. (They inherited his very powerful "puppy dog eyes").
If he does scold them, it's very subtle. His disciplinary is soft gentle lectures.
Calls them all his little princesses.

Kyoya:

Kyoya never really had the an interest in having children. It's not that he dislikes them. He just never really saw the benefit. And he certainly wasn't going to procreate just for the sake of an heir, and with his siblings far ahead of him in that aspect already, it'd be pointless.
So he was a bit indifferent when his wife suddenly says "I'm pregnant."
His response was a stale, hesitated "…Oh."
Probably wondered how it actually happened too. I mean he knows how, obviously, but…. How? And when? And why wasn't he aware of it first? He wants all the details so he can calculate this conception.
And during the eight months leading up to his big fatherhood moment, he's utterly paranoid.
He does everything in his absolute power to make sure he isn't a father to his child like his father was to him. He holds no resentment towards his dad, but just thinking of the possibility that he might unintentionally make his child feel interior in anyway keeps him up at night sometimes.
Only has 1 child. A boy.
It was on purpose. He didn't want any of his children having any competition. and wanted to make sure his kid got everything he could ever ask for and not have to share. Even his attention.
And even if Kyoya doesn't express it, he is his absolute pride and joy. He can't get enough of him.
He was scared to hold him when he was born.
Kyoya isn't as physically affectionate with his child as Tamaki is, but he's a great listener. And his kid always goes to him for advice.
His kid is the only one he doesn't get mad at for waking him up at ungodly hours. (anytime before 9).
Let's him sleep in his bed. For whatever their reason may be.
He's the: "Hey dad I spent all my allowance can I borrow some money for a date?", "Fine but bring me back my change" type Dad.

Haruhi:

She'd probably be almost 4 months along before she finds out she's pregnant.
Realizes that her pants aren't fitting anymore and comes to the conclusion that it must be from all that sushi she ate the week before.
Until one day she legitimatly cries over spilt milk.
Haruhi, in tears: "Milk is so expensive-"
Haruhi is very family oriented, so while she was a bit nervous about how she'd juggle a job and a kid, she's always wanted children.
Never plans them, she'll just let it happen when it happens. (probably stops at 2 though. 3 at most).
Has a very gentle but firm mom voice.
Reads to her kids every night before bed.
She's the type of mom who won't let them do anything until they finish their homework.
Occasionally she'll let them off the hook if they're bored enough.
Not having a mom during the crucial mother-needed times of her childhood, Haruhi always insists to her children to always come to her if they need anything.
Independence is important to her, and she teaches her children that in subtle ways. But not in the extremities that she taught herself. School and responsibilities are important, but before all else, she'll let them be kids and have fun. Like the Host club taught her.
Probably names one of her kids after her mother.

Hikaru:

Has always figured there was no way he'd be good enough to be a father, so he never thought about it. And doesn't mention it to his wife until she flat out tells him over breakfast that she pregnant.
Probably choked on his coffee.
He's hesitant at first, because Oh, he's had zero mental preparation for this, and definitely has a nervous breakdown afterwards when he's alone-
But a baby? He loves the idea that he and the love of his life made a little piece of life together, even though he's still absolutely terrified.
He'll have a relatively big family. The kind where you'll have to scoot up close, really tight, for a family photo.
4 kids at least. None on purpose, but you know. Things happen, and he cries every time he holds them for the first time.
He's always so self conscious, so he'll constantly worry whether he's raising them well or not.
Is terrible at reprimanding them. Because honestly? He's almost always the partner in crime.
Only gets angry with then when they really fuck up. And when he does get angry, he yells but always feels bad about it afterwards.
He's awkward at dad-advice. But he tries his best.
Is very support of his kid's wild goals and ambitions.
Gives his kids weird, annoying nicknames that they hate.
Always makes time for family game night.

Kaoru:

He'd be the first to mention that he wants kids. And he and his s/o have a long heart to heart talk on whether they're ready for that.
And was an absolute nervous wreak at the hospital. + An emotional breakdown every half hour, at best.
His wife was reminding him to breathe-
And is just awestruck the first time he held his first baby. His mind barely fathoming that something so tiny and perfect could be real.
Has 3 kids. A boy + twin girls.
Let's his kids officially model his children's clothing line. (Besides that, he is very protective over them when it comes to the public and paparazzi).
Dotes on his daughters like a mad man.
Very easily manipulated by his children. He raised clever little con artists.
Doesn't discipline whatsoever. He a very hard time telling them "No," and the very few times he has to, he whines about it. One time he made them cry after he said no and immediately apologized to them and bought them ice cream. He just can't do it.
Takes them traveling as early as they start taking their first steps. He loves showing them around all the places he and Hikaru used to go when they were younger. Especially his favorite places.
They take an annual trip to Spain.
Kaoru has a very remedial dad voice. His insistent: "I can see you're upset, please talk to me so I can help" was both very helpful and very annoying during his kid's hormonal teenage years-

Huni:

Squealed when he found out they were going to have a baby.
But he was nervous. He bought every book on parenting that he could find.
Often goes to Haruhi for advice. As if parenting comes more naturally to commoners.
Insisted on the biggest gender reveal cake to be made.
I like the idea of Huni having a girl. He's most likely get along and relate to her a lot. They bond very easily.
Passed down his precious Usa-chan to her after he gave it to her once when she was a baby to help her sleep.
She's uncontrollably spoiled and only behaves when Mitsukuni is watching her so he only views her as an absolute angel.
Anyone who says otherwise gets a really cold glare and is no longer his friend.
Tucks her into bed every night.
And does her hair every morning before school. She is just his absolute world.
He's the kind of dad who has no room in his wallet for money because that's where he keeps all his family photos.

Mori:

There are very few moments where Takashi shows true overwhelming emotion on his face. His wedding, when he found out his wife was pregnant, and his children's birth.
He was the Very calm and stoic on the outside but very anxious on the inside father-to-be.
His wife was barely 3 months pregnant and he was nervous of the stairs. Offering to carry her everywhere.
Has 2 boys. Who grow up to be equally as tall and broad as him. (His poor wife).
Always giving his kids piggyback rides or lifting them up on his shoulders.
Gives the best dad hugs.
Puts their "art work" on the fridge. Probably frames it too.
He's a bit awkward when trying to socialize and bond with his children, but manages well when they grow an interest in kendo and Martial arts. (Takashi also uses it as a form of discipline for his kids). + (If they screw up or act out, he'll just send them straight to the meditation room). And it works surprisingly well.
In addition to that, he never raises his voice. He is most likely, physically incapable of yelling, but has a very convincing look that pretty much whips his kids into shape on it's own.

Tamaki: Ah, la Saint Valentin~! A day of love…a day of romance…each and every princess made to feel like a queen! Of course, sadly not every lovely lady at this academy has that special someone of her own to make the day special, and that's where we come in!

Haruhi: Come again?

Tamaki: My dearest Haruhi, it is our job as hosts, no! Our duty as gentlemen is to shower our guests with adoration and dote upon their every whim on this most auspicious day! It is crucial to the well-being of both the host club and it's guests! Every guest deserves a romantic Valentine's Day, and who better than myself to provide it?

Haruhi: Very modest of you Tamaki-senpai. (And I'm not a gentleman, remember?)

Tamaki: *waving her off* Details, daughter-dearest.

Kyoya: Moving on, what exactly is it you have planned this time, Tamaki? I don't appreciate hearing about new projects this close to the event, you know.

Tamaki: *chuckling nervously* Now now, mother, don't worry! Everything has been taken care of. This year while the ladies enjoy a romantic dinner, we will serenade through music! What could be more romantic than listening to moi play Debussy?

Kaoru: Yawn.

Hikaru: Boooooring.

Kaoru: Yeah! It's Valentine's Day, shouldn't we be doing something a little more…

Hikaru: enthralling~?

Tamaki: *ignoring them* It will be perfect! Just think of the twinkling candlelight dancing off the eyes of our beautiful princesses as they dine upon the finest cuisine accompanied by the music of yours truly…

Mori: I thought you said we'd all be serenading?

Tamaki (unperturbed): …and Kyoya, you and I can play piano/violin duets!

Kyoya: That's never going to happen, but you're cute when you're hopeful.

Tamaki: *with stars in his eyes* Well lads, I'm off to finalize everything! Haruhi, be a good daughter and come help!

Haruhi: Wha-why me?!?

*Tamaki bounces off dragging Haruhi along*

Hikaru:*conspiratorially* …So we're all in agreement then, right?

Kaoru: Absolutely.

Honey: Yep! Mori and I are on board with Project Amour!

Kyoya: I haven't the faintest idea what you're talking about. But were anything unexpected to happen…I can't say that I'd mind. *smirk*
